Meet Your Instructors

Miss Amanda is the owner and founder of Lakeside Survival Swim, dedicated to equipping kiddos with lifesaving water survival skills. Growing up in western Nebraska, she spent summers by the lake, creating memories that now fuel her passion for water safety.

After earning her certification in Corpus Christi, TX, Amanda brought her expertise to the Highland Lakes area, where she now teaches infants and young children how to confidently swim-float-swim. As a lead instructor, she not only works hands-on with students but also manages scheduling, parent communication, and back-end operations at Lakeside.

With a warm, encouraging approach, Amanda strives to make every lesson safe, effective, and empowering - because water safety isn't just a skill, it's a necessity.

Miss Kristin is a Lead Instructor at Lakeside Survival Swim, bringing her lifelong love for the water and passion for water safety to every lesson. Growing up in Marble Falls, she spent her childhood on the lake and at the pool, making memories with family and friends. Her dedication to water sports led her to competitive jet ski racing, where she placed 3rd in the world - an experience that deepened her respect for the power of water and the need for safety awareness.

After becoming a mama, Kristin discovered the life-saving impact of infant survival swim and knew she wanted to help other families feel confident around the water. Miss Kristin ensures that every child learns critical survival skills in a supportive environment. Kristin's mission is to make sure each kiddo leaves the water stronger, safer and more capable!
